How do we handle music requests and "Do Not Play" lists? Your event, your music. We provide a custom planning forms (or email process) where you can build your playlists. We are diligent about following your "Definitely Play" and "Definitely Do Not Play" lists to ensure the atmosphere is exactly what you envisioned.

Do you coordinate with other vendors? Absolutely. We view ourselves as part of your event team. We pride ourselves on communicating with your venue coordinator, photographer, and other vendors throughout the planning process and on the day of the event to ensure that everyone is on the same page and the evening runs smoothly.

How quickly can we expect a response to our questions? We know planning an event can be stressful, and you shouldn't have to wait days for an answer. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness—most inquiries are answered within a few hours. We are here to support you every step of the way.

What is the "Jambulance," and does it need special accommodations? The Jambulance is our signature event vehicle! It brings an instant "wow" factor to any venue. When you book us, we will discuss the parking and load-in requirements with you and your venue coordinator to ensure we have the necessary space for a seamless arrival and setup.

What sets your photo booth apart? Our photo booth service isn't an afterthought—it’s a premium experience. We offer custom-designed backgrounds to match your theme, a massive selection of high-quality, fun props, and professional lighting that makes everyone look great. It’s designed to be a hit with guests of all ages.

How do you keep the energy high during the event? Our DJs are expert crowd-readers. With thousands of events under our belt since 1994, we have developed a knack for sensing the "vibe" of a room. We use professional MC skills to make announcements, manage transitions, and keep the dance floor active without ever being overbearing.

What areas do you serve? We primarily serve the Pacific Northwest/Olympia/Tacoma/Seattle] area. If you are planning an event outside of our standard service radius, reach out to us! We are happy to discuss travel arrangements for your special day.
